Yoga has seen me through many seasons of my life and when the time was right I took it upon myself to begin my journey as a yoga teacher. I believe Yoga connects our inner lives to our physical world with the opportunity to create our life's purpose!
Yoga is an ancient art, science and philosophy that contains tools we can use in this modern age to connect to our bodies, calm our minds and unite with our soul being. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, of transformation, using all the tools of yoga to create flow and allow balance in our bodies and our lives.

Sea Glass Yoga Studio is a beautiful Longhouse Design Shelter tent with a fantastic location on Pebble Beach in stunning Yellow Point, Cedar. The view is of the ocean is majestic and the serene location is also available for other practitioners to use and teach from as well as rent for private or public functions!
